Christmas tree fun at Essington Farm:)

Essington farm pick your own Christmas trees!!

One of the most fun things to do at this time of year is to decorate the Christmas tree and what made it extra special this year was heading out to Essington Farm and picking our own tree.

We were picked up by a tractor & trailer from the farm shop and taken to the tree fields where were chose and cut down our own tree, it was fantastic fun. As they say British trees are fresh trees

I’m a big kid when it comes to Christmas, I hope never to change.

Penny & Will’s Wedding on the farm

Penny had her preparations at the adorable Holly bank House in Essington before moving on to St Johns for the service and a marquee reception on the family farm at Essington.

Holly Bank House is an amazing little gem and the team their really made Penny feel special, its full of interesting objects, cosy nooks and I would have love t0 shoot it again. Despite the road out side the church being closed Penny made it on time…

The reception at Essington fruit farm was great, in fact a few years ago I shot Will sisters wedding in nearly the same spot. Its a perfect location and I have been told they are considering offering the feild for hire in the future , I’ll keep you posted

I really liked the Prime minister table theme for the reception and Pear tree farm did a brilliant job of keeping everyone feed… It was a perfect day for a fab couple.

Penny and Will are totally lovely, It was a joy working with them.
